Polyurethane

WITH A 40% BARIUM RADIOPAQUE STRIP

Polyurethane offers a larger internal lumen than PVC or silicone, maximizing flow and reducing the risk of blockages. Polyurethane is preferred by clinicians and patients alike, as it reduces the risk of kinking during insertion while remaining soft and comfortable once in place.

Braided prelubricated ready to use stylet with smooth, rounded bolus tip
Digital markings printed in centimetres to facilitate insertion, provide a visual cue to detect possible tube migration and facilitate proper documentation.
Rounded tip for atraumatic insertion, maximizing patient comfort during insertion.
Closed lower end with lateral outlet ports reducing the risk of adherence to the stomach mucosa, with no dead space to reduce the risk of bacterial contamination (8 and 10 Fr with 2 lateral distal holes, 12 to 18 Fr with 4 aligned distal holes).
Reduces kinking during insertion but soft and comfortable when insitu.
Transparent tubing with a blue radiopaque band for clear visualization on X-rays.
Single funnel and ENFit® port combined with a simple, secure snap-on stopper for manual aspiration with a bladder syringe and transition to feeding if required, avoiding tube replacement.
