Polyurethane
WITH 40% BARIUM RADIOPAQUE STRIPE
Polyurethane material provides a larger internal lumen than that of PVC or silicone, maximizing flow and reducing risk of blockages. Polyurethane is preferred by clinicians and patients, as it reduces kinking during insertion but is soft and comfortable when in situ.
Extensive size range offering from 8 Fr to 14 Fr 120 cm (*16 and 18 Fr available on request, minimum order quality).
Pre-lubricated braided stylet with flexible, smooth rounded bolus tip allows for effortless removal following placement.
Printed NUMERIC cm markings to facilitate insertion, provide visual cue for potential tube migration and support good documentation.
Rounded tip for atraumatic insertion, maximizing patient comfort during insertion.
Closed distal tip with side exit ports reducing risk of adherence to mucosal of the stomach, no dead space may reduce risk of bacterial contamination (8 & 10 Fr 2 lateral distal holes, 12 - 18 Fr 4 distal aligned holes).

Single funnel and combined ENFit® port with simple and secure press in tethered cap for manual aspiration with bladder syringe and transition to feeding if required, avoiding tube replacement.
